What are your charges for home services?
We charge $50/Hour Residential and  $80/Hour Business depending upon the amount of work to be done on your computer/s.
Do you take AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) of home PCs?
Yes, we take DAMC (Double Annual Maintenance Contract) of home PCs, which is comprises of 8 visits in two years.
Do you take AMC of corporate PCs?
Yes, we take AMC of corporate PCs provided there are at least 10 PCs at the site.
Do you replace faulty computer parts at site?
Yes, we replace most of the faulty parts at customer location.
How long does it take for technician to arrive after service call is booked?
For service calls booked before lunch the technician comes same day. If the call is booked after lunch, technician comes the next day.
What are your working hours?
We work from 10 Am to 11 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Do you sell or upgrade computers?
Yes we do sell and upgrade PCs. But we do not sell cheap computers which barely last for an year.
What is your service area?
We provide services in entire Long Island Area. Far flung areas are serviced for an extra charge.
Do you charge again if the problem can not be solved in one visit?
No, we do not charge for coming again if the problem can not be solved in first attempt.
You solve the problem, but what if it reoccurs in within next 7 days?
We Provide a 30 day repair guaranatee.
Do you repair computer parts?
Yes, we do repair computer parts. For major repairs we need to collect the device and repair in our lab.
What are repair charges?
Repair charges vary from case to case.
Do you appoint resident engineer on your corporate AMC sites.
Yes, depending upon PC population we appoint resident engineers.
Do you give credit for payment of service charges?
No, service charges are payble in cash/cheque as soon as work is complete.
